    The Collinsville Italian Fest is pleased to announce our theme for the 2007 Italian Fest. This years theme will be "Tour of Italy" and will be featured through all of our events and souveniers. Also we have released the 2007 poster art. You can view this on the main page by clicking Home on the left hand menu.

    The 2007 Italian Fest Scholarship application is now closed. We thank all who have entered and plan to announce the recipient of the scholarship in the near future.

• Introducing the Italian Fest Featured Family
   

The 2007 Italian Fest Committee would like to dedicate this year’s festival to an “Italian Featured Family”. This family will be chosen by the residents of the Collinsville area and must be from Collinsville or have strong ties to the city. • Italian Fest Anniversary Cookbook
   

2008 Fest will mark the 25th anniversary of the Collinsville Italian Fest. To help celebrate this we are releasing a cookbook filled with Italian recipes. Even though we do have plenty of recipes we still need your help! If you have an Italian recipe of any type please feel free to download the application below and send it in for inclusion into the cookbook.
