VENDOR DEADLINE EXTENDED!!!
The deadline for Vendors has been extended an additional TWO WEEKS to allow everyone time to get their
applications turned in. The new deadline for Vendor applications is July 17th. See
Applications tab for this years rules and
application. This years Vendor Meeting is scheduled for Thursday August 20, 2009
at 6:00 at the Collinsville Memorial Public Library.

ATTENTION VENDORS-NEW MADISON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS!
Please note under the Vendor
Applications tab there is a new required
Temporary Food Service Application from Madison County Health Deptartment. This
application is to be submitted in addition to the Italian Fest vendor
application and fees. Each vendor will have to submit this additional
application and fee unless your organization holds an annual permit with Madison
County Health Department. Any questions, please call 618-344-2884.
