The 2008 Italian Fest Committee is bringing back some vintage fest events. On Saturday September 20, 2008 there will be Wheelbarrel races, cooking contests, kiddie parade and more! Come out and participate or just enjoy watching others!

25th Anniversary Italian Fest Cookbook
The 2008 Italian Fest will mark the 25th anniversary of the Collinsville Italian Fest. To help celebrate this we are releasing a cookbook filled with Italian recipes. Even though we do have plenty of recipes we still need your help! If you have an Italian recipe of any type please feel free to download an application to have your recipe included in the cookbook! Detail on the "Applications" page.
